OUR GOAL

Our goal is to find you the best possible deal nationwide for one vehicle. We will provide
you with the best possible vehicle that meets all your specifications. It is your
responsibility to pay for the vehicle, pick up the vehicle and sign the legal paperwork in
a timely fashion. If the vehicle gets sold we will provide you our second-best option. If all of a
sudden you decide to ride a bus, a bicycle, walk to work or you just don’t want that car
anymore, we cannot undo dozens of hours of work and not pay people just because you
changed your mind. Before paying please be 100% certain that you want to buy the car.
Any additions for replacements from the original list of specifications will result in $150 for
each addition or replacement.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY

The Customer acknowledges that it is the Customer’s responsibility to review all forms and
documents, provided by 60MINUTECAR, to ensure that the forms and documents meet the
Customer’s specifications and accurately reflect the Customer’s requirements. It is also the
Customer’s responsibility to see that forms and documents are correctly and promptly
executed, when necessary, and to retain copies of these forms and documents. The
Customer also assumes liability for all charges incurred as a result of any/all services
performed by 60MINUTECAR, on behalf of the Customer, or at the direction of the Customer.
The Customer is responsible for full payment of 60MINUTECAR’s fees before any work shall
commence on the Customer’s behalf.

HOLD HARMLESS

The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless 60Minutecar, its assigns, employees or
agents, from all liability related to, or arising from, any and all inaccuracies or incomplete
information provided or, as the case may be, not provided, by the Customer, concerning any
of services.

NO GUARANTEES

60MINUTECAR does not guarantee a particular result, or outcome, from the Customer’s
utilization of any of the services. The Customer hereby acknowledges that the Customer
understands that no promises have been made by Dan Strong as to what result can, or will,
be achieved by the use of any of the services. Comments about the outcome of the
customer’s use services are expressions of opinion only.

LIABILITY

60MINUTECAR, its agents, employees or representatives specifically disclaim any warranty,
either express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for
purpose. Under no circumstances are 60MINUTECAR, its advisors, agents, employees or
representatives liable or responsible for any damage or inconvenience caused or alleged to
be caused, by the use of 60MINUTECAR’s Services (hereafter “Services”). 60MINUTECAR
does not assume any legal, financial or other liability or responsibility for the accuracy,
completeness or usefulness of any official forms or documents, prepared by any third party,
and signed by the Customer. Any forms or documents prepared by any third party, and
signed by the Customer, are subject to review by 60MINUTECAR, prior to the Customer
signing such forms or documents, and 60MINUTECAR will not be liable for any fees
associated with subsequent corrections or other revisions for forms and documents which are
not prepared and/or reviewed by 60MINUTECAR. Except in the case of 60MINUTECAR’s
proven negligence or willful misconduct, in either of which events 60MINUTECAR’s liability (in
the aggregate) shall not exceed $1,000, 60MINUTECAR’s entire liability and the Customer’s
exclusive remedy for damages due to the performance or non-performance of
60MINUTECAR, for any cause whatsoever, regardless of the form of action, whether in
contract or in tort shall be limited to the refund of the charges specifically related to the
performance or non-performance of the direction of the Customer. Under no circumstance
does 60MINUTECAR assume any liability whatsoever to any party other than the Customer
for the Customer’s use of 60MINUTECAR’s Services, and the Customer agrees to indemnify
60MINUTECAR against any claims brought by such parties. The Customer is prohibited from
assigning any cause of action or remedy to any third party and is further prohibited from
encouraging any third party from bringing any cause of action against 60MINUTECAR.
60MINUTECAR is diligent and takes reasonable measures to provide accurate information
and services. However, 60MINUTECAR cannot warrant or guarantee that its services are
comprehensive, complete, or without error and 60MINUTECAR is not an insurer with regard
to the services performed. In order to obtain 60MINUTECAR’s services for the stated
charges, the Customer agrees to assume the risk for any and all liabilities disclaimed by
60MINUTECAR and all damages that exceed any limited remedies provided herein.
60MINUTECAR shall not be liable to the Customer or any other third party for any direct,
indirect, special consequential or incidental damages.
ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE By typing your electronic signature below and clicking
the “Submit Order” button, you hereby; (i) agree that you have read, understand, and
agree to be bound by, 60MINUTECAR’s Terms and Conditions; (ii) have been
advised that 60MINUTECAR’s Terms and Conditions and your agreement to be
bound by 60MINUTECAR’s Terms and Conditions constitutes a legally binding
a contract under the laws of the State of Minnesota. (iii) expressly authorize
60MINUTECAR to charge your credit/debit card a one-time consulting fee of
$995.00, non-refundable.
